Cases
The cases tab shows all the cases that the brokerage has within i-mapx. This is shown below.
Once again there is a search option that enables you to locate a client quickly and easily. Two filter options further refine your case list. The two filter options are Type, so within this option you can filter by the different types of cases and the second filter is Status. Within status you can filter by the status the case is at currently. The status’ are: Enquiry, Live, Paid out, etc. Once you have found the case you want to view just Click on the case and this will open up all the clients’ details for the case such as documents.
View full document management for all the documents that the broker has created for the case. To view the Documents just click the tab called documents and this will open the screen below.
You can then view the document that you want to see by clicking on any document which will then appear in screen. Once the document opens you do have the choice of printing it out or saving it locally on your computer. So you can keep a hard copy of it.
Also the ability to see any changes that have been made to a case can help you manage your broker’s cases so that they are compliant. This option allows you to see any changes that have been made to the fact find. If the broker has logged in and changed a field this will show who did so, when and what the changes were. For example if the broker logs in and changes the client’s income to match a certain lenders criteria then this will show that they have changed the income.
