File Monitoring

File monitoring is where you can view all the cases files that you have viewed for this broker as well as any recommendations that you have made that the broker needs to make to the case.

To enter a new entry into the file monitoring section you need to go into one of your broker’s cases and select file monitoring. Once you have selected file monitoring click to add a new row. An input form will then open as shown:

Enter the details you have found about the case into the relevant fields and then click close to save the data that you have entered. This will then appear in the file monitoring section for the broker along with a file monitoring history.
