Messages
This section allows you to send messages out from the system. The messages can be client messages or internal messages. To decide who you want the message to go to just click between the two tabs as shown:
To send a message, simply click the button that says “Send New Message”. This will then open up a search window where you can search for your Client by their surname.
Just click the first letter of the surname that you would like to search for. This will then give you a list of all the clients in the system with a surname beginning with the same letter that you have chosen. Once you have found that client that you want to send the message to just click on their name. This will open up a message window where you can enter your message.
Enter your message and a subject into the boxes that are provided. The email address of the client will be already in the “To” field. To send the message simply click “Send Message”. This will then send the email to the client.
Once the email has been sent the system saves all the emails that you have sent out. This is a good way of seeing what material you have sent to your clients.
